You will receive 1 month of bi-weekly monitoring (2 sessions for up to 1 hour each) via email, Skype, Facebook messaging or by telephone at an agreed upon, scheduled time. These sessions exist to help you meet your goals with ease!
Your bi-weekly monitoring includes:
- A discussion around your progress
- Answers to any questions or concerns you may have
- Modifications to your program if necessary
- Advice if needed
- All the support you require
